A BYTEX employee is an expert in the Worldskills Championship in St.Petersburg
“VI Indoor University Qualifier SPbSPU Championship according to Worldskills standards” has started in the City on the Neva River. A lecturer of The Training and Staff Development Department of Bytex Vadim Lukovatiy is a Championship chief expert.
In September The X Final of the National Championship “Worldskills Russia 2022” will be held in Mordovia. 52 nominations including “Gaming software testing specialist” will be presented at the tournament. It was included in the competition program due to the employees of The Training and Staff Development Department of Bytex who established the documentation of confidence and made benchmark requirements.
Qualifying Championships that identify the best candidates in this competence are held among specialized educational institutions throughout Russia. In Mordovia they were held in February 2022. After a three-day competition, a student of Saransk Polytechnic College Daniil Fomin was declared the winner of the regional stage.
This week the students of St.Petersburg Peter the Great Polytechnic University compete to be the best in the nomination. Six students will be doing the tasks on gaming software testing for three days.
An employee of Bytex Vadim Lukovatiy who took part in the creation of the WorldSkills competence acts as the chief expert at the tournament. His responsibilities include holding qualifying competitions, recording of the results, preparing documents and consulting the judges.
“This competence is a new one for students, – tells Vadim Lukovatiy. – But in spite of it, it is the one of great interest. The participants of qualifying competitions are very well-prepared and they strive to do all the tasks with maximum efficiency. Also I’d like to mention a good reception by our colleagues from St Petersburg Polytechnic College who are the judges at the Championship. They are very professional and qualified.”
Two more qualifying competitions among the other colleges are carried out together with the Championship in SPbSPU: “VI Qualifying Competition of Southern Federal University according to Worldskills standards” in Rostov and “V Qualifying Intra-University championship of Plekhanov Russian University of Economics” in Moscow. The specialists of Bytex are directly involved in the creation of the competence of these championships.
By the end of the week it will be possible to speak about seven preparatory stages of Championships that will be held in the competence “Gaming software testing specialist” and to greet seven winners who will have shown the best result. In September they will go to Mordovia to take part in The X Final of the National Championship “Worldskills Russia 2022”. It is one more confirmation that the new competence is developing and the interest among young people is growing. We are confident that it will have a great future. We can only wish the winners good luck in the national final!
