Last week the Bytex team was noted at a high level again. This was announced by Dmitry Karasev, CEO of the leading IT company in the region. “Our company was noted by the Head of the Republic of Mordovia – we received an Honorary Diploma of the Head of the Republic of Mordovia for achieving high results in the field of information technology. Congratulations to all employees!” he wrote in a corporate chat.
BYTEX was founded 17 years ago, in 2004, as a development company. It was a student startup of four people: Dmitry Karasev and his friends, who created computer games. Today BYTEX is one of the largest companies in its field not only in Russia but also in Europe. In addition, it is the only company that trains specialists in the field of gaming software testing. The company’s employees also took part in the development of a new WorldSkills Russia (“Young Professionals”) competency – “Game Software Testing Specialist”, based on many years of experience.
Today over 260 people work here. Over the past three years, the company has created 150 jobs. Bytex regularly organizes and takes part in social projects. So, on the basis of the company, Open Days are held monthly, everyone can learn about the profession of a QA specialist and the IT sector as a whole. The company actively participates in events aimed at supporting the best initiatives of the young and talented: forums, master classes, competitions and olympiads, and organizes computer sports tournaments.
